After reading this article, I get the feeling Kamenz will be named as one of the two factory locations.  The advantage in using Kamenz is the building exists and only needs old equipment demoed. (about 90 days)   Another advantage is that there are already trained and experienced large format cell employees.  The third advantage is that it is beside Daimler.  

Now in the article I see reference to an NMC 8:1:1 cell that will be manufactured.  I suspect this may be the same thing as LC50Q.  Anyway a very interesting article.

Will TerraE announce a location in September.  I hope so.  If it is Kamenz then it appears the German Govt is building a plant for Litarion to operate !  What a deal.....
