  • -  Electrovaya GmbH - 100% (inactive)

  • -  Miljobil Grenland A.S. ("MGB") - 100% (inactive)

*On September 1, 2018, 1408871 Ontario Inc. and Electrovaya Corporation were amalgamated under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) and the amalgamated company continued as Electrovaya Corporation.
