There are numerous buyers at the moment. Data below since Aug 24.

US OTC volume has been quite strong too. Probably selling into US hands 

I believe MMCAP is the main seller. I also now believe they came to a type of agreement with EFL bywith they took shs in kind with the knowledge they would be able to unload for much higher price down the road. All based on the improving fundamentals. And there seems to be buyers for those shs. In the end, MMCAP may get all their money back, and more. We'll see. just my observations and thoughts. But who else would have millions of shs to unload, through House 1, anonymous.
