Well,  (A deep subject) When the owners are buying and the low interest loan bank (or employees) are buying,  I would say it is time to buy as something is fixsen to pop.  Anyway I have my shares and sitting back enjoying the activity....

Back when I was trying to decide how to weather the market slump (economic recession), I decided that EFL and LAC were two stocks that could weather the storm while others would suffer.  I hope I am right as the economy keeps headed down the slippery slope.
