They state they have received a term sheet from a NY State consortium of lenders covering 80% of the stage one costs. The new plant will carry out cell and module assembly and final assembly and test. Final assembly and test go live in the second half of 2023. Cell and module assembly go live calendar Q1 2025. Hiring drive has started. Advanced automated module assembly line being installed next week at the Mississauga facility, commissioning April 2023. Launching products later this year for truck, bus and energy storage. Will be delivering high voltage battery systems towards the end of this year.
