You just do not want to negotiate with Toyota !  I would rather negotiate with Electrovaya ALMOST an impossible task.  For at least a year now, my guess is there have been on and off negotiations with Toyota.  Once the SSB is a reality, something has to pop.  During negotiations it would be to Toyota's advantage to try to hold EFL stock price down.  This is a new possibility that just popped into that vacant spot on top of my shoulders.  Here I have been blaming the organized shorts for that feat.  They are the ones that seem to be profiting from the action.  In any case, I do not need the money now so I am holding.
