Click on "Holders" on yahoo finance ELVA page. You will notice "AIGH Capital Management LLC" institutional investor and they hold 3.3M Elva shares. But there is a new comer on board "Worth Venture Partners, Llc" and they own 820K. If this isn't telling you to BUY ELVA NOW I don't know that else will! MAGA!
