Electrovaya has announced that they are working on a new version of the ESS.  They also have said they want to locate one at their manufacturing sites.  It would make a good location to work on one for upgrades and as a demonstrator for prospective customers.  At the Jamestown, NY Plant they have a 52 acre site so they could also add solar and/or wind to reduce the plants energy costs.  With a 5cent per KWH adding ESS with some solar and wind would almost mean free electricity.  Talk about reduced manufacturing costs!!
