Shareholders really appreciate that we hear directly from you. Thank you for being transparency and providing clear vision on Empower future path.

I see Empower Clinics has many revenue streams. Could you please update us on the following items as I could not find them on company website https://www.empowerclinics.com/?

1. CBD products and Extraction facility in Oregon. Six clinics in Arizona, California and Oregon. Any updates on Joint venture with Heritage Cannabis Holdings Corp to extract hemp for CBD oil production and formulated CBD products?

2. Multi-year multi-national license with Eurolife Brands.

3. Psychedelics Division Dosed Wellness in Vancouver.
