Brian, reread the PR: The Company has also issued a total of 800,000 stock options priced at $0.57 CAD to investor relation service providers and to a Director of the Company.

They're options + it would not matter if they are stocks, there are approx. 300mil. outstandings shares, 800K represents only .26% dilution, not even worth discussing. These are motivational options for the IR Service providers to do even better work. Just saying.
