I get it, it's been a tough year for a lot of us.  However, if you still have skin in the game you might want to reconsider you position.  We are in a completely different place than we were this time last year.  Things are coming together in a meaningful way.  It's time to give our CEO our support,  the execution on the vision is becoming very apparent now.

Trust me I've been furstrated and negative at times as well but don't allow the past to prevent you from enjoying the spoils of the success that is coming.
