Can you kindly explain to us what it means when Yoshi is granted an injunction to halt the sale of KAI's assets and/or equipment due to Mr. McAuley allegedly selling high end equipment for pennies on the dollar?   

Or is this too much to ask?  

The paperwork is available online publically through the Dallas County courts portal.

Maybe this is what Steve meant by investors being 'pleased' this week?    I dunno, seems odd??
