My issue is CMM should have already be trading in excess of $0.80 per share. That’s the problem; WTG offering us $0.40 is ridiculously low. We are giving up more than ½ our shares for this nonsense merger deal that holds no guarantee for any positive return and hoping for $0.80 to $1.00 post merger is crazy low....
