The first PP with Gross Proceeds $400,000 was amended and as of 24th sep 2008 we have an additional PP with Gross proceeds $200,000

That means, total proceeds will be $600,000 . I hope this quantity allows the company to start activities and create shareholder value since the dilution has been enourmous:

NOSH: around 7.5 million

+ 4 million (first PP)

+ 2 million (second PP)

Total fully diluted NOSH: around 13.5 million
