From 2007 to late 2013, Mr. Johnson advised numerous companies as a Sales Management and Business Development Consultant.
From 2003 to 2007, Mr. Johnson was Co-Founder, President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Swiss Medica Inc., a US publicly listed company. Swiss Medica Inc. was a manufacturer and Internet based distributor of nutraceutical products.
From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Johnson was Founder, President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Healthnet International Inc., a US publicly listed company. Healthnet International Inc. was an Internet based distributor of nutraceutical products.
From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Johnson was a Vice President of Starnet Communications International, Inc., a leader in the Internet gambling industry. As Vice President of Sales, Mr. Johnson led Starnet’s sales team and was a driving force behind Starnet’s market leading position in the B2B sector of the Internet gambling industry. In addition, Mr. Johnson was instrumental in the business development activities at Starnet and was directly involved in establishing many of Starnet’s strategic relationships.
Mr. Johnson obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and history from the University of Western Ontario.

Adrien has served as a Compliance Officer, including Regulatory Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer in the gaming industry since 2015, including his most recent position with The Multi Group Ltd. He will be responsible for creating an integrated risk framework, assess risk, quantify risk limits, develop plans to mitigate risks and manage any new license applications in any regulated jurisdictions. His extensive experience at all levels of compliance will be invaluable as Esports Entertainment Group pursues additional gambling licenses in 2019 to further strengthen its market position and rapidly expand into new geographic regions.

Jenny has specialized in payments processing for almost 25 years, including her most recent position as Country Manager and Director of Western Union Business Solutions in Malta since 2009, where she maintained full leadership and operational control. Her list of responsibilities will be extensive, including but not limited to, managing our relationships with banks, credit card companies and payment processors, as well as, insuring vie.gg provides its players with the most up to date payment options. Given the speed at which the payments world is changing, her extensive payments experience and industry relationships will be critical to the success of Esports Entertainment Group.

Mr. Alden has been a specialist in advising remote gaming companies located in Malta since 2000, when he advised the first remote gaming companies as the Senior Manager of Enterprise Risk Services at Deloitte & Touche (Malta). In 2006 Alan set up Kyte Consultants Ltd, a company that specialised in the remote gaming and payment card sectors, to assist companies located in Malta. In 2009, Alan became a founding director in Contact Advisory Services Ltd, a licensed Company Service Provider (CSP) that offers a complete service to its customers, from company incorporation, to licensing for gaming and financial institutions.
Since 2010, Alan has served as the General Secretary of the Malta Remote Gaming Council. Alan is a certified CISSP and CISA. Alan was also the founding President of the ISACA Malta Chapter between 2005 -2008. In 2015, Alan became a Part Time Lecturer on IT Auditing at the University of Malta.

Mr. Malone is the founding Director of PrOasis, a professional consulting firm, where he has spent the past 26 years managing the firm which focuses on executive management, corporate finance, strategic planning and governance for major Canadian SME organizations. He currently holds the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Director for an OSC registered Fund Manager, as well as, an IIROC registered Broker-Dealer member.
Mr. Malone has an extensive listing, regulatory reporting and governance experience with private businesses and public companies on Regulatory organizations and Exchanges in Canada and the United States. His experience stems from over 35 years of senior financial and information technology systems roles in some of Canada's largest domestic and multi-national organizations. He has held senior-level financial executive positions in food processing, telecom, media advertising, document management, and financial service organizations.

Mr. Alex Lim, B.Sc., M.A., is an Asian online video game industry expert.
Since 2010, Mr. Lim has been General Manager of International Relations of International e-Sports Federation (IeSF) in Seoul, South Korea where he is responsible for organizing and operating world championship level eSports tournaments.
From early 2010 to late 2010, Mr. Lim was Deputy Manager of Sports Marketing Team with FIRSONS Inc., Seoul, South Korea based sports events marketing firm. From early 2007 to late 2007, Mr. Lim was International Coordinator of World Taekwondo Academy at the World Taekwondo Headquarter (KUKKIWON) in Seoul, South Korea. From 2005 to 2006, Mr. Lim was a Researcher with FITEX Inc., an adventure leisure sports company based in Seoul, South Korea.
Mr. Lim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Seoul National University and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa.
Mr. Lim will help lead our Asian marketing team on a strategic level.
Yan Rozum, Dip.,
Mr. Rozum is a leading authority on Information and Communications Technology (ICT), including the design, architecture and delivery of high volume transactional sports betting software platforms; peer-2-peer exchange betting systems for real-money land-based and digital gambling operators.
Mr. Rozum founded and currently serves as CEO of Swiss Interactive Software (GmbH) Switzerland, a specialist Swiss based iGaming Solutions Company that delivers complex software engineered gaming projects for a roster of private clients operating in global markets.
Additionally Mr. Rozum has been asked to speak and present at several industry business-2-business conferences within the iGaming vertical on topics such as the future of sports betting, cryptocurrency and risk management and modelling protocols for sports betting software.
Mr. Rozum will advise VGambling on the the software development and risk management both on strategic and operational levels.

Mr. Ken Silva, B.Com., is an online video game industry expert and founder of eSports Canada Inc.
Mr. Silva founded and has acted as Chief Executive Officer of eSports Canada Inc., a federally registered Non-Profit Organization, established in 2011. Since founding eSports Canada, the organization expanded to a national level, with operations from Victoria, BC to Halifax, NB. In 2012, Mr. Silva was instrumental in establishing ESC’s presence internationally through a partnership with the International eSports Federtion (IeSF), currently comprised of 46 member nations. Due to Mr. Silva efforts at eSport Canada, Canada is now recognized and participates in international eSports conferences and events.
In addition, since 2012 Mr. Silva has worked with industry leading eSports companies, including North American Star League and Hero Level Productions as League Commissioner, NASL and Event Logistics, and HLP. Mr. Silva has been active in some of the biggest eSport industry events, including BWC, WCS Global Finals and NASLS3 in Toronto, NASLS4 in Los Angles and WGLNA in Las Vegas.

Julia is a Registered Public Practice accountant with over 22 years experience, she started her career working as a senior accountant for Vantage securities based in Vancouver BC and has spent the last 14 years of her career working with a number of Nasdaq listed companies including Global Media corp. Julia has experience running large departments and managing payroll and audits for international companies.
Ms. Ding will help VGambling stay compliant with all accounting on every facet of operations.

Dr. Parker has extensive experience in the strategic adoption of information technology, theory development in human-computer interaction; multimedia and web-based virtual systems, computer and communications technology, business applications on the internet; internet policy issues, telecommunications and networking, so-called Web 2.0 and its impact on business.
Dr. Parker holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Calgary, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.

In addition, Mr. Partlow has developed special abilities in team coordination including sub-contractors in preparing critical proposals and contract efforts.

Stephen has extensive corporate finance and investment banking experience over the last 20 years. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Investment Banking at Axiom Capital Management, a New York based investment bank, where he specialized in utilizing new SEC regulations under The Jobs Act to assist companies in raising capital.
As Vice President, Corporate, Stephen will be primarily focused on leading our growth funding over the next couple of years, as well as, IR communications with institutions and funds.
Head of Esports
Brian brings extensive esports experience to the Company on multiple fronts, including spending the past five years as an esports multi-team owner with Winterfox, as well as, a manager with Velocity eSports and Evil Geniuses.
As Head of Esports, Brian will ensure that our online product doesn't repeat mistakes that previous gambling websites have made, keeping everything transparent for the esports community - and creating a safe, competitive platform where esports fans can show off their knowledge of their favorite teams and players while betting against each other.
