Listened to the end of presentation this morning and would like to note that one question near the end perked my interest somewhat.

Q. Elmer, do you think any of these need to be farmed out.

A. Yes looking to do something at Boss and DOK

Elmer also commented about OZ minerals and briefly explained the dynamic of what a JV option might look like. Also he raised concern that BXX would need fresh capital to proceed preventing further dilution of the potential agreements.

This highlights a concern that he would want to keep hold of some of the assets in some form of percentage option instead of NPI or NSR returns in the distant future.

Also IMHO I can smell a sense of future hope thus giving CUU folks a place to park some of the coming TCK at Shaft Creek rewards.
