Michael Williams

President and Director

Mr. Williams is currently the President and CEO of Full Metal Minerals, a Toronto Stock Exchange Venture ( TSX:V-FMM) listed company that completed an Initial Public Offering in May 2004, and a Director and Advisor to several additional mining exploration companies. He is a co-founder of Full Metal Minerals, and is responsible for the company's corporate development, marketing and financing. Mr. Williams has significant contacts with both retail and institutional investors and has an extensive investment banking network. He was previously Vice President of Atna Resources Ltd., a Toronto Stock Exchange listed company, where he developed and implemented all of the company's communication and investor relations programs from 1996 through to 2004. Prior to joining Atna Resources, Mr. Williams provided public relations counsel to various sectors including: mining, manufacturing, financial services, hospitality, tourism, and government.

Rob McLeod, P.Geo

Vice President Exploration and Director

Mr. McLeod is a highly technical, creative and innovative exploration geologist. He has over twelve years of post-graduate experience in mining and mineral exploration, working for a variety of major and junior mining companies. Mr. McLeod has worked in various tectonic and orogenic environments throughout North America , with an emphasis on epigenetic gold, volcanogenic massive sulphide, and magmatic Cu-Ni-PGE exploration. Through working with several major, mid-size and junior companies, he has developed a strong set of managerial skills, including budgeting, planning and supervision of large and small exploration and mine development projects. Technical skills include advanced GIS and 3D geologic modeling, grade-block modeling and resource calculation, mine design and geostatistics, lithogeochemical and structural studies, as well as project generation and property evaluation. His exploration strategy is a multitiered approach, including: conceptual geologic ideas with prospecting,early-stage project advancement focusing on discovery, and advancing mid-stage projects towards feasibility. The majority of Mr. McLeod's exploration experience has been in Alaska and Nunavut. As an exploration geologist and project manager at Miramar's Hope Bay project, he was part of the team that discovered the Naartok deposit, as well as expanding and delineating the Boston and Doris deposits. He was previously Vice President of Exploration for Atna Resources Ltd., a junior company exploring for gold in Alaska , and base metals in the Yukon. Mr. McLeod is currently a director for Keegan Resources and an advisor for both Norsemont Mining and Grayd Resources.

Mr. McLeod obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree, majoring in Economic Geology from the University of British Columbia in 1993 and graduated from Queens University, Masters in Geology, Mineral Exploration Program in 1998. He is a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists, member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of BC, Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, Alaska Miners Association and the BC & Yukon Chamber of Mines.

John Robins, P. Geo.

Chairman

John Robins is Co-Chairman of Stornoway Diamonds Corp. and Chairman of Committee Bay Resources. He is a director of several junior mining companies and is a founding partner of the Hunter Exploration Group, a successful private mineral exploration company. Mr. Robins is a graduate in geological sciences from the University of British Columbia and has twenty years experience in mineral exploration in Canada, the United States, and Latin America.

Jamie Light, B.Sc

Senior Geologist, Alaska

Mr. Light has over ten years experience as an exploration geologist working for both junior and major exploration companies. During his career, Mr. Light has gained valuable experience in a full spectrum of mineral exploration techniques ranging from grassroots prospecting for base metals in the Arctic Islands to managing reverse- circulation and diamond drilling programs targeting gold in Nevada and Nunavut. Mr. Light combines strong technical skills in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with an extensive background in field mapping and prospecting. Mr. Light graduated from the University of Victoria in 1995 and is currently based in Vancouver as part of Full Metal's exploration team.

Jeff Sundar

Vice President, Investor Relations

Jeff Sundar has implemented corporate communication programs and strategies for both the resource and technology sectors. During the past nine years, he has established a strong network of investment advisors and private investors. As Vice President, Investor Relations he is involved in the company's public relations, financing and corporate development activities. He is also Director of Underworld Resources.

Cale J. Moodie, BSF, CA

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Moodie previously served in the CFO position with Sierra Geothermal Power Corp. and continues as a member of the board. Prior to Sierra Mr. Moodie worked in public practice accounting at KPMG LLP's Vancouver Industrial Markets Group, where he focused on audits of mining and resource based companies. Mr. Moodie also acted as client services director for 24/7 Media UK before his experience in public practice accounting.

Bruce McLeod, P. Eng.

Director

Bruce McLeod graduated from the Montana College of Mineral Sciences and Technology in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering. He is a technical advisor for Stornoway Diamonds and is President and Director of several Northair Group Companies. His experience over the past 20 years incorporates all aspects of the exploration and mining industry, holding positions such as exploration technician, hard rock miner, and mine manager.

David DeWitt

Director

David DeWitt is a Principal in Pacific Source Capital, a private Vancouver-based venture capital firm. Mr. DeWitt graduated with a BComm/LLB from the University of British Columbia in 1978, and practiced corporate, securities and mining law until his retirement from the practice of law in January 1997. Mr. DeWitt served as a Director and Corporate Secretary of Arequipa Resources Ltd., and currently serves as a Director of Peru Copper.

Carl Hering, PhD.

Director

Carl Hering has over twenty-five years of diversified experience in the mineral industry. He has been involved in all aspects of exploration, mine evaluation and corporate valuation, including generative to advanced exploration projects, negotiations, acquisitions, mine and corporate valuations, management and strategic planning. Dr. Herring has held management
and senior geologist positions with Bema Gold Corp., Placer Dome Inc. and Noranda Inc.. He graduated with a PhD. in Geology from the University of Oregon in 1980.

Catherine McLeod-Seltzer began her mining finance career in 1985 in the Yorkton Securities Santiago office, where she focused on Latin American mining opportunities. As President and CEO, she was responsible for raising over $34 million, and was instrumental in orchestrating a $1.1 billion takeover by Barrick Gold Corp. in 1996.
