>? Is the missing EP an Exploratation Permit for the Shenandoah Well area and has that been satisfied with the work done by Falcon?

I assume the “missing EP” you are referring to is EP99 Falcon’s 100% owned Exploration Permit.

First let’s be clear, the Shenandoah Well area is not part of EP99 permit. Actually the location of the 100% Falcon owned Shenandoah Well with 100,000 acre tract of land surrounding the well is inside the EP98 Permit.

Yes, you can say that the work done by Falcon on the Shenandoah well does satisfy the commitment outlined in the EP98 Permit.

In August 2012, for the work done by Falcon and Hess, the Department of Mines and Energy has granted a 12 month extension to Falcon for each of the Permits EP76, EP98 and EP117

Separately, the DME has also granted a 12 month extension to Falcon for adjacent EP99 which is the Permit held 100% by Falcon Oil & Gas Australia Limited, and which is excluded from the Farm-Out arrangement with Hess.
