I would not get too concerned. There will probably be a substantial sell off in US markets before year's end. Capital gains increases: "top rate on dividends to 43.4 percent from 15 percent and the top rate on capital gains to 23.8 percent from 15 percent."

They are forcing investors out of the blue chips and into stocks with higher Betas. Not really a good development for markets. The only catalyst out there for FO to keep the SP above 20c, US Markets, is the taxing ruling in Hungary.

Moreover, you have to keep in mind most people move in and out of penny stocks all the time. Hence the high volatility and larger Bid/Ask spreads when volume drops off. We are all speculative traders or we would not be involved with this stock. There are no revenues on the financials, so you’re not going to get any fundamental traders. However, once the ruling in Hungary is settled, and NIS and TXM pull product out of the ground, the Financials will take on a new meaning.
