finally unlocking value of properties.

we should get a tax free spin out and own new IPO company (like a dividend with no immediate tax) -

still at 75 cents we are not at a mkt cap = the Chm - 17.5% JV interest.

there is a lot of upside.

next they should get the Argex shares out to shareholders

keep going... new management was the best piece of news...
