Wow, to think mgmt wanted nothing to do with your proposals. Why? Because actual work was involved? What are we paying Smith and co to do?

We must control enough shares on this message board to get someone(s) elected to the BOD to effect real change?

This is just pathetic and sad. There really needs to be some housecleaning done here.....
