The standstill arrangement with Champion ends in May 2018.    I think this is a very interesting date and this is when we could expect some activity for a TO, perhaps from Champion.     When i spoke with Peter about a month ago, he seemed very open to a deal like the one Probe made which was to sell out and then spin off into a diffent entity.   For the life of me, i am still surprised Noront has not made a move on us which will help with their development of Eagle's Next.   But i am guessing people know that Peter is a softy and easy to negotiate for all he wants his to stay in power and protect his interest.   I am sure the costs of the parachute offerings to Debra, Fouad and Peter do not whet the appetite of potential acquirers either.
