IMO, I think that with the ties that all these parties have that the $'s received by Arnaud would be used for the Magpie process.

It wouldn't make much sense that they head out on their own in another direction. Remember a few years back when FNC was trying to do a deal with the Chinese and they took their slag and other samples and with the Magpie benefication process ended up with 98-99% purity. The process has been proven, this is just an upscale to a pilot plant where they can do 1ton/day of processing.
