I suppose that the number of shares of those who actually voted against the current director slate amounted to perhaps 5 million shares in total, based on the AGM results. I believe I may have voted to re-elect one chap (Ashwath Mehra) as he at least had an arguably reasonable amount of skin in the game at 1 million shares , and as such his interests should be somewhat aligned with we the non-director shareholders.
It's quite sad/pathetic that ~115 million $FNC shares were $NOT voted!...Talk about Voter apathy!!
