I fuly agree with you comprehensive explanation / definition.

But how can we solved that “brain-lock”...??

I personally find it fair that everyone who have held on the stock for lengthy periods will be “rewarded” with a much higher stockprice by more efforts and devotion show by Peter and his BOD...!!!!!

But I really don’t know anymore after so many many years how we can change the attitude of Mr. Smith and his BOD..????
