("Finavera" or the "Company") (TSX-V: FVR) announces plans to raise up to $180,000 through a non-brokered private placement of approximately 540,000 units at a price of $0.335 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant exercisable at $0.50 for 12 months from the date of closing of the private placement.
