(TSXV: FAU), (OTCQX: FVGCF), (FSE: FWR) (the "Company" or "Fire River") confirms the Cease Trade Order received from the British Columbia Securities Commission on March 7, 2014 and the subsequent suspension of trading in the Company's stock by the TSX Venture. This action was taken due to the Company's not filing its annual financial statements due on February 28, 2014 and non-payment of required TSX Venture fees.
