I'm guessing more good drill results from PLS. I chatted with Ross McElroy at the Vancouver Resource Investment Conference in January and he had a pretty clear plan of attack for the drilling and where they thought they'd best follow the trend of mineralization. Doing well so far.

My guess is that the spin out follows the same plan of attack as FIS has in terms of acquiring, exploring and selling off assets over the next few years. Gives the insiders a good chance to cash out some chips once the DML shares are transferred.
