Unfortunately management fails to provide information needed to evaluate the pros and cons of this agreement.

The market however has spoken and apparently finds the agreement to be only a small positive.

Management, by releasing minimal information, has made it seem like it has give a free call option to the Chinese company. Perhaps not but then management needs to explain why that is not the case.

Of course management can remain silent. They do not owe anyone any answers but until they provide meaningful information they will continue to receive little credit for having signed the agreement.
