03:18 PM EDT, 10/05/2017 (MT Newswires) -- Focus Graphite (FMS.V) shares peaked at $0.07 early Thursdayand then fell to $0.06 before midday. They soon recovered some and had traded for around three hours at $0.065, seemingly even unmoved by afternoon news around the second and final closing of its previously announced non-brokered private placement. But in the last few minutes the stock has edged back to $0.07, for a 7% gain.
Focus Graphite issued 27.7 million units at $0.075 each to raise gross proceeds of nearly $2.1 million, with each unit consisting of one common share and one purchase warrant that entitles the holder to purchase an additional common share at $0.10 each until Oct. 4, 2021.
In addition to the $75,000 that the company raised from the first closing, the total gross proceeds of the placement is about $2.2 million.
