12:48 PM EDT, 03/13/2018 (MT Newswires) -- Focus Graphite (FMS.V) said Tuesday Grafoid Inc agreed to provide marketing and product development and will assist the company's efforts to secure $175 million in financing for its Lac Knife crystalline graphite project.

The company said it will pay Grafoid $200,000 per month and offer a 3% finders fee should it secure financing for Lac Knife.

Focus shares were unchanged at $0.06 at last look on the TSX Venture Exchange.
