VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - June 24, 2008) - Frontier Pacific Mining Corporation ("Frontier Pacific" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:FRP) is pleased to announce the acquisition of approximately 100,000 hectares contained in 10 mineral concessions located in the Amazonas State on the borders of Brazil and Colombia. The Company is pursuing exploring and, if warranted, developing mineral properties in the area.

As payment for the mineral concessions, 250,000 common shares of the Company will be issued to two Brazilian nationals.
