Research the history on GiraSolar with Peter Klamka and Barry Davis (the promoter). Peter Klamka was supposed to take GRSR to the OTCBB back in 2007 but would never deliver upon his promise (many nauseating details). So, Wieland and team had to hunker down through a process of trying to get rid of Peter, and they finally did. So...where does GiraSolar go from here? In my opinion they will want a break from the past with Peter and will most likely want to discuss past events. This would help current and prospective investors understand the prior situation with all clarity. Next...they will need to file and become fully transparent. What has been going on with GiraSolar during this quiet period? Lastly, you would want to keep investors updated on a regular basis about what is happening with the new GiraSolar, discuss progress on GiraSi and other R&D efforts, discuss the "hot" areas for Solar F.I.T. (and how it will affect GRSR), and PR big deals and their value.

The way to buy GRSR right now is to sit on the bid at .02-.03 and just wait. Volume is miniscule and the sellers are few. As it currently stands (pre-transparency), the buyers are few as well as there really is a lack of understanding about what has really happened with GiraSolar. Soon all enough will be transparent and GRSR will move out of the gates to race ahead. Good luck.
