It is a shareholder driven change in leadership of the company (and a large shareholder or group at that). The news of the impending change is creating new confidence in the future of the company as we can see in the jump in share price.

This internal change as well as a more positive outlook for the economy in general bodes well for our positions in GBI. JMHO.
