Alistair Waddell
Position: President, CEO & Director

Alistair Waddell is the President and CEO of GoldQuest Mining Corp. based in Vancouver. Prior to joining GoldQuest in 2001 he was a Senior Geologist with AngloGold South America Ltd. based in Lima Peru. Alistair has broad international experience and has worked for a variety of major and junior mining companies in Latin America and Australia. Alistair is originally from the United Kingdom and has lived and worked in the Dominican Republic, Bolivia, Peru, Venezuela, Australia and Canada. Alistair has a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) Degree in Geology from the UK and is a member of both the Society of Economic Geologists (SEG) and the Australian Institute of Metallurgy and Mining (AusIMM). Alistair is a "Qualified Person" in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 and is a fluent Spanish speaker.

Neil MacDonald
Position: Chairman

Neil is CEO of NovaDX a publicly-traded Merchant Bank that provides capital investment, corporate finance, financial and business advisory services to companies engaged in the exploration of natural resources. Prior to joining NovaDX, Mr. MacDonald was Manager of Retail Corporate Finance with Blackmont Capital Inc. At Blackmont, Mr MacDonald was responsible for overseeing junior market transactions aggregating financing for 50-70 companies per year. Prior to Blackmont he served as a corporate finance partner with Goepel McDermid, McDermid St. Lawrence Securities and Canaccord Capital. He serves on the TSX Venture Exchange Local Advisory Committee and has been a past member of the IDA Pacific District Counsel.

Ford Cannon
Position: Chief Financial Officer

Ford has been involved with all aspects of finance and administration, project planning, project management and economic modeling in both the mining industry and other industries for over 30 years. Ford participated in the development of a heap leach facility and carbon column gold recovery plant in Southern California; the update of a feasibility study for a heap leach project and a study for the re-opening of the Blackdome Mine located in British Columbia.

Felix Mercedes
Position: General Manager (Dominican Republic)

Felix is a Dominican geologist with more than 20 years of experience in the Dominican Republic mining and exploration sector. Felix has worked for several companies as project and general manager and was previously the Caribbean representative for Energold International Drilling. Felix has a Degree in Geology and a Masters Degree in Business administration and is currently a director of the Mining and Petroleum Chamber of the Dominican Republic.

Roger Davey
Position: Director

Roger is a Chartered Mining Engineer with over thirty years experience in the mining industry. He is presently an Assistant Director and the Senior Mining Engineer at N M Rothschild (London) in the Mining and Metals project finance team where, for the last ten years he has had responsibility for the assessment of the technical risk associated with current and prospective project loans. Prior to this his experience covered the financing, development and operation of both underground and surface mining operations in gold and base metals at senior management and Director level in South America, Africa and the United Kingdom. His previous positions included Director, Vice President and General Manager of Anglo American / Minorco (AngloGold) subsidiaries in Argentina (1994 - 1997), where he managed the development of the Cerro Vanguardia gold-silver mine; Operations Director of Greenwich Resources plc, London (1984 - 1992); Production Manager for Blue Circle Industries in Chile (1979 - 1984); and Gold Fields of South Africa (1971 - 1978). He is a graduate of the Camborne School of Mines, England (1970), with a Master of Science degree in Mineral Production Management from Imperial College, London University, England (1979). He is a Chartered Engineer (C. Eng.), a European Engineer (Eur. Ing.) and a Member of The Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (MIMMM). Roger is fluent in Spanish.

Anthony Warrender
Position: Director

Anthony is a graduate of Christ Church, Oxford and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. He spent four years with Coopers & Lybrand in London and was Vice President, Corporate Finance of J. Henry Schroder Corporation in New York. He has been President of Warrender Associates, Inc., a private financial consultancy and investment business in Virginia USA since 1983. Mr Warrender has many years of experience as directors of public mining companies including CoCa Mines Inc., based in Denver and acquired by Hecla Mining in 1991. He was a director of Oxus Mining Plc. from 1997 to 2001.

Anna Stylianides
Position: Director

Anna Stylianides began her career in corporate law by joining the firm of Webber Wentzel Attorneys in 1990 after graduating from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. In 1992 she joined Investec Merchant Bank Limited where she specialized in risk management and gained experience in the areas of corporate finance and structured finance, mergers and acquisitions, structuring, specialized finance and other banking and financial services transactions. She was also involved in designing and structuring of financial products for financial institutions and corporations. She has been a director of and has been engaged in the financial restructuring of certain Nasdaq publicly traded companies and has knowledge of Canadian and SEC securities regulations. In recent years Ms Stylianides was the CEO of FinTec Holdings Corp, a company specializing in structuring and implementing corporate and structured finance transactions in the Mining and Bio Science sectors. In September 2005, Ms Stylianides joined the Surgical Spaces, Inc Group of Companies as director and CEO and has overseen its national expansion strategy as one of Canada's private healthcare consolidators. Ms Stylianides currently is on the board of directors of various institutions such as Callinan Mines Limited, Kaiser Foundation and the Frazer Institute.
