Gold World Resources Appoints Dale M. Hendrick as Advisor to the Board of Directors

TORONTO, April 11 /CNW/ - Gold World Resources Inc. (TSXV: GDW) or ("the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Dale M. Hendrick as Advisor to the Board of Directors of the Company.

Mr. Hendrick is a prominent internationally recognized Canadian mining consultant. In his 50 year career, Mr. Hendrick has gained extensive experience in financing, exploration, development and operation of significant base and precious metal, natural gas, coal and uranium mining resources.

Mr. Hendrick is the president of Dale M. Hendrick and Associates of Toronto providing technical and financial consulting services to resources companies; his advice pertaining to these matters is widely sought. As Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of public companies Mr. Hendrick was instrumental in arranging major financings for several large resource companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Mr. Hendrick is a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy ("CIM") and was awarded a CIM Fellowship in 1999. He is a professional engineer educated in Geological Engineering at Ottawa University and Queens University.

The Board of Directors of Gold World Resources is pleased that Mr. Hendrick is joining the Company at the time when the Company focuses on its newly acquired Mount Anderson Yukon gold/silver, polymetallic Project and therefore will benefit greatly from Mr. Hendrick's experience and abilities.
