they will be doing a 1000 ton bulk sample as well, for NI 43-101 and feasibility purposes (see PR March 4, 2011).

And the two prospectors they optioned this property from choose to get 20% of the cash from this bulk sampling instead of a significant amount of cash offered at the optioning stage.

So what do you think ? Are these prospectors just plain dumb or did they know exactly what they were doing while choosing the 20% royalty ?

I assume the latter and if the bulk sampling grades are anywhere near the historic grades than this means significant amounts of cash for GDW as well.
