Gold World Resources appoints Henry Calderon as Advisor for Communication, Media, Public Affairs, Marketing and Financing

TORONTO, June 21, 2012 /CNW/ - Gold World Resources Inc. (TSXV:GDW) or (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Henry Calderon as Advisor to the Company in matters regarding communication, media, public affairs, marketing as well as financing. Henry will be a valuable addition to our management team at a time when the Company is restarting its exploration work and advancing the Mount Anderson Yukon gold/silver, polymetallic Project.

Communications and modern technology is a strong component of Henry's mandate to integrate businesses and communities into the 21st Century. Over the past 5 years Henry has acquired considerable on site experience in the mining sector as he travelled for extensive period of times into the mining zones of Peru with the view of attracting Canadian and Economic Development opportunities for the Peruvian communities.

His experience in the world of film includes writing and creating documentaries to effect change in society yet maintaining respect for the value and richness of the land and its people by creating partnerships that take both parties interests into consideration. One of the documentaries became a vehicle to raise thousands of dollars for a not for profit Canadian charity.

One of Henry's many strong points is his ability to bring and build opportunities - government, private sector and community alike. He understands that all levels of government and private sector partners need to work together to deliver effective watershed management strategies, create value through facility-sharing and seek the benefits of alternative service delivery methods. Henry established Government coordination, best practices when dealing with the Federal Government regarding revenue stream and developed and built sound partnerships with Federal Senior Bureaucrats. He worked under the leadership of City Mayors Mel Lastman and David Miller, and various City Councillors in their quest to enhance the life style of their communities. He became special advisor for various political Candidates, created and developed economic development platforms for the political campaigns and fundraising programs.

Among a great number of similar improvement and development projects, Henry worked as Executive Director of the West Toronto Revitalization Corporation with the City of Toronto, Toronto Hydro, Government of Canada and the West Toronto Community on the 30 million dollar infrastructure Project where millions of dollars were invested by the Private sector to revitalize 14 Street commercial blocks. The Project generated over one thousand jobs for the local economy. He was instrumental in securing a state of the art underground electrical system for Dundas Street West, the acquisition and revitalization of over 100 buildings creating a private sector investment of over 25 million dollars and the construction of 500 Condominiums units to provide housing to more than 600 families thus creating a sustainable community for the 21st Century.

Henry was the recipient of several awards, among them:

2003, The Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee Medal in recognition of the outstanding service to the community

2000, City of Toronto Mayor's Award for outstanding work on Economic Development & Revitalization

2006, Cliffside Village member of the award winning design team "Orphan Spaces" Design Center

About the Company:

The Company is a precious- and base-metals exploration company focusing on the Mount Anderson Yukon gold/silver, polymetallic Project. The 2011 exploration resulted in the detection of a pattern suggestive of major zoned body of mineralization that has a gold-enriched core of approximately 1,750 m by 400 m located in the middle of the property. The newly staked Part 1-8 claims bring the identified mineralization to 8,000 meters at the property.
