Kevin McArthur - President and Chief Executive Officer

NOTE: Effective December 31, 2008

Kevin McArthur will retire as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, effective December 31, 2008. McArthur will serve through 2009 as Advisor to the CEO and remain as a director on Goldcorp’s board. The board of directors has appointed Charles “Chuck” Jeannes, Goldcorp’s Executive Vice President, Corporate Development as President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. McArthur was previously President and CEO of Glamis Gold from 1999 until its merger with Goldcorp Inc. in November 2006. Mr. McArthur joined Glamis in 1988 where he served in a variety of management positions including Vice President of Chemgold Inc, President of Glamis Rand Mining Company and Chief Operating Officer of Glamis Gold Ltd. Prior to joining Glamis, Mr. McArthur was with BP Minerals North America and Homestake Mining Company. Mr. McArthur holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Nevada.

Lindsay Hall - Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Hall was appointed Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer for Goldcorp on April 19, 2006. Mr. Hall is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in senior financial positions in the energy industry. He has held a series of progressively senior positions at various major business units of Duke Energy Corporation, culminating in the role of Vice-President and Treasurer. Mr. Hall also previously held the position of Vice-President, Finance, for Westcoast Energy until it was acquired by Duke Energy Corporation. Mr. Hall has a B.A. in Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba.

Charles Jeannes - Executive Vice President, Corporate Development

The board of directors has appointed Charles “Chuck” Jeannes, Goldcorp’s Executive Vice President, Corporate Development as President and Chief Executive Officer.

Charles A. Jeannes was former Executive Vice President, Administration, General Counsel and Secretary of Glamis from 1999 until its merger with Goldcorp Inc in November 2006. Prior to joining Glamis, Mr. Jeannes worked for Placer Dome at its San Francisco and Vancouver offices as Vice President of Placer Dome North America. He holds a B.A. degree from the University of Nevada and graduated from the University of Arizona School of Law with honors in 1983. He practiced law from 1982 until 1994 as a shareholder and head of the natural resources section at Woodburn and Wedge in Reno, Nevada and has broad experience in mining transactions, public and private financing, permitting and international regulation.

Steve Reid - Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Reid is a mining engineer with 30 years of extensive international experience in both the operating and business aspects of the mining industry. Prior to joining Goldcorp, he worked for Placer Dome as the Country Manager for the Canadian operations. He spent a total of 13 years working for Placer, holding numerous corporate, mine management and operating roles worldwide. Mr. Reid has also worked in leadership positions for Kingsgate Consolidated and Newcrest Mining Limited, where he was responsible for running operations throughout Asia and Australia.

Tim Miller, Vice President, Central and South America

Tim has had the responsibility for Goldcorp’s Central Amercian businesses at Marlin, San Martin and Cerro Blanco. Tim has a B.Sc degree in Chemistry from the University of New Mexico and an M.B.A from Webster Universtiy. He worked with Gold Fields North America at gold mines in New Mexico and California, and spent several years working in gold mining in West Africa. He joined Glamis Gold Ltd. in 2000 and was instrumental to the permitting, design and construction of the San Martin and Marlin mines in Honduras and Guatemala.

George R. Burns - Vice President, Canada and United States

Mr. Burns was appointed Vice President , Canada and United States on August 8, 2007. Mr. Burns has over 29 years of experience in the mineral sector including executive, operations, development and engineering leadership roles in gold, copper and coal operations. Prior to joining Goldcorp, Mr. Burns was Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Centerra Gold Inc. Mr. Burns served in various capacities for Asarco including Vice President of mining as well as numerous capacities for Cyprus Minerals Corporation and he began his career with Anaconda Company in 1978. Mr. Burns received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from the Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology in 1982.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Ian Telfer (Chairman)

Mr. Telfer served as President and CEO of Goldcorp Inc. from March 2005 until its merger with Glamis Gold in November 2006. Mr. Telfer was previously Chairman and CEO of Wheaton River Minerals since 2002 and has over 20 years of experience in the precious metals business. As a founding director of TVX, he served as its President and CEO during the first ten years and has also held positions as a Director of Lihir Gold, President and CEO of Vengold, amongst other publicly traded companies. In these capacities Mr. Telfer has raised over $1 billion for mining exploration and development around the world.

Doug Holtby (2) (Vice-Chairman, Lead Director, Chair of Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee)

Doug Holtby is Vice-Chairman and Lead Director of the Board of Goldcorp Inc. and formerly served on the Board of Directors of Wheaton River Minerals. Mr. Holtby has served as the chair of the audit committee of Goldcorp and Wheaton River from 2003 to 2006. Mr. Holtby is President and CEO of two private investment companies, Arbutus Road and MKC Capital. He was formerly President, CEO and Director of WIC Western International Communications Ltd., as well as, a Trustee/Director for ROB.TV and CKVU.

John Bell (3) (4)

Mr. John Bell was Canadian Ambassador to the Ivory Coast from 1984 to 1987 and then Ambassador to Brazil from 1987 to 1990. He also served as High Commissioner to Malaysia from 1993 to1996. Mr. Bell was special advisor to the Canadian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Head of the Canadian Delegation on environment issues during the lead-up to the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro in June 1992, and was Canada's Chief Negotiator at the Earth Summit. Mr. Bell has been Chief Federal Negotiator for the Indian Affairs and has served on several not-for-profit Boards. Mr. Bell is also an independent director of Taiga Building Products.

Larry Bell (1) (2) (4) (Chair of the Sustainability, Environment, Health & Safety Committee)

Mr. Bell recently retired from the position of non-executive Chairman of BC Hydro, one of the largest electric utilities in Canada. From august 2001 to November 2003, Mr. Bell was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BC Hydro and, from 1987 to 1997 he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BC Hydro. He is also a director of Hardwoods Distribution Income Fund, International Forest Products Limited, Miramar Mining Corporation, Silver Wheaton and Kimber Resources and is the former Chairman of the University of British Columbia Board of Directors. Prior to these positions, Mr. Bell was Chairman and President of the Westar Group and Chief Executive Officer of Vancouver City Savings Credit Union. In the province’s public sector, Mr. Bell has served as Deputy Minister of Finance and Secretary to the Treasury Board.

Beverley Anne Briscoe (1) (2) (Chair of the Audit Committee)

Ms. Briscoe brings extensive industry experience to the Board. Until recently, Ms. Briscoe was the President of her own transportation services company, Hiway Refrigeration Ltd. Prior to purchasing Hiway Refrigeration Ltd. in 1997, she held senior executive positions with Wajax Industries Ltd., the Rivtow Group of Companies and the Jim Pattison Group. Ms. Briscoe is Chair of the British Columbia Government’s Industry Training Authority, President of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Vancouver, and a Director of Duke Energy Income Fund and Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Incorporated. Ms. Briscoe holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia, has a chartered accountant designation, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.

Peter Dey (2) (3)

Mr. Dey is a well known senior corporate executive and an experienced corporate Director. He is currently Chairman of Paradigm Capital Inc., an independent investment dealer, and Chairman of Addax Petroleum Corporation. He is also a Director of Workbrain Corporation, Soulpepper Theatre Company and Alpine Canada. He is a former Chairman of the Ontario Securities Commission and former Chairman of Morgan Stanley Canada, and he was a Senior Partner of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt. In 1994 he chaired the Toronto Stock Exchange Committee on Corporate Governance, and has since been involved with developing global corporate governance standards as Vice-Chairman of the OECD Task Force on Board Room Practices, and as Chairman of the Private Sector Advisory Group of the Global Corporate Governance Forum. He holds a Masters of Laws degree from Harvard University, a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Dalhousie University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Queen’s University.

Randy Reifel (4)

Mr. Reifel has served on the Board of Directors of Glamis Gold from 2002 to 2006. He has previously served as President and Director of Francisco Gold Corp. from 1993 until its acquisition in 2002, which was responsible for both the El Sauzal gold discovery in Mexico and the Marlin gold discovery in Guatemala. Currently, Mr. Reifel is President and a Director of Chesapeake Gold Corp. that explores for precious metals in Mexico and Central America.

Dan Rovig (1) (3) (Chair of the Compensation Committee)

Mr. Rovig has served as a Director and Chairman of the Board of Glamis Gold from 1998 to 2006. Before his appointment as Chairman, Mr. Rovig was a Director and the President and Chief Executive Officer of Glamis and its subsidiaries from November 1989 to August 1997 when he retired. Prior to 1988, Mr. Rovig was an executive officer of British Petroleum Ltd., including its subsidiaries Amselco Minerals Inc. and BP Minerals America for five years.

Kenneth Williamson (1) (2) (3)

Mr. Williamson has served on the Board of Directors of Glamis Gold from 1999 to 2006. He was Vice Chairman, Investment Banking at Midland Walwyn/Merrill Lynch Canada Inc. from 1993 to 1998. He has worked in the securities industry for more than 25 years, concentrating on financial services and the natural resource industries in the United States and Europe. Mr. Williamson is a director of a number of companies in the natural resource sector.
