You know with the low netincome that GBN is making in portion to the gross income I think it's fair to ask from a shareholder if the senior management is making too much money salarywise. If you look up the salaries of these employee alot of the senior management already have alot of shares of GBN. They would not suffer greatly from a small paycut and would help launch a rally for gbn by raising the Net income which in turn lifts the share price.

Bottomline at these gold prices I think we should expect a larger margin of profit. What you think wouldn't this help in getting the price rising?
