INCENTIVE STOCK OPTIONS
Golden Goliath Resources Ltd. has granted incentive options to buy 750,000 shares to directors and officers of the company and incentive options to buy 175,000 shares to employees and consultants of the company at a price of 10 cents per share exercisable for five years.
