My estimate is that once silver passes 20.80 ECU and others will skyrocket. Before 20.80 there may not be too much action in the small and medium silver mining sphere.

There has been simply too much disappointment the last four years. And there is still a lot of disbelief apart from gross ignorance regarding silver and silver miners.
