This is good news as it is clear now that:

- Position limits will not be enforced by the CFTC

- IMHO the Chinese are not involved. This an American " Blame the Enemy" ploy

- Only the awareness campaigns created by the JP Morgue cartoons, the Keyser "Crash JPM" rally and the lawsuits will bring some results.
