You're right Baba, it was very good. I agree with most of the Japan commentary as you already know although I have some serious difficulty in a Yen eventually at 300, that is simply not even on any radar screen I could imagine. As for problems in France from socialist/communist like governments and debt/bank problems, I have to admit the French have been dealing with these issue longer than most other countries and managed so far to stay afloat as part of the Euro milieu, Japan is on it's own.

As for gold and mauldin's comments, it's my view he will be buying lots of gold going forward because the likelihood of the US getting it's debt/deficit under control in our lifetime is nil and none, at least until the world market forces this action upon Washington and that is an outcome no person in the US, nor the world for that matter, should look forward too as it will be ugly considering the US dollar is still the major world reserve currency.
