The company has managed to stay out of debt and has survived the baisse in the metals since 2011. 2011, at 49.9$ silver, AUMN traded at over 27$, and was a billion-$-market-cap company.

The only revenue-source and mine they had, Velardena, was just sold for 90% under 2011's price. I hope they had astral drill results and want to butter everything into El Quevar...

They have a plan, and I hope a good one.
