They just filed an S-3...13.5MM shares offered thru 3 institutions via prospectus.  I'm guessing those are the HC Wainwright buyers in July.  Hopefully, they have a pre-arranged buyer and someone got wind of that this week accounting for the 50% upward move.

The deal claims a max price of .205 which was the avg. of Nov 29th high/low.  But, the prospectus also says price can be negotiated.  Of course the stock is trading around .30 now.  So, we'll know more details tomorrow morn.  Look for a 13.5MM block to transact early tomorrow at whatever price is relevant to the offering requirements.

At the very least, this crosses 13% of the stock from weak hands to strong hands.
