I just received a copy of today's NR; very nice to see that the company has the exchange approval. This was VERY quick and bodes well for a quick close on the deal. This is under 4 weeks for a major acquisition approval of a non-listed company - that is a very fast!

Besides the obvious goods news of the approval itself, this also likely indicates that there is at least technical acceptance of the 43-101 submission. That submission would have been a key component of the approval processs and it is highly unlikley that they have exchange approval for the deal without the 43-101 looking good.

The company should be looking at closure and commencement of drilling all within a few weeks if this is any indication and that will be nice to see!
