AGORACOM NEWS FLASH

Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Have a great Sunday, especially those of you like me that are celebrating Orthodox Easter ... As well as those of you who are also like me and mourning another Maple Leafs Game 7 exit ... Ugggh!

Sincerely,

George et al

Golden Predator Investigates Gold Recovery from Existing Heap Leach Pad at Brewery Creek Project, Yukon

Vancouver, British Columbia — July 18, 2011: Golden Predator Corp. (TSX:GPD) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the commencement of sonic drilling into the existing heap leach pad at its Brewery Creek Project. This drill program is in addition to the Company’s aggressive ongoing exploration program at Brewery Creek, which is delineating the recently discovered Bohemian-Schooner Zone as well as exploring other high priority targets across the expansive Brewery Creek Project area.

Brewery Creek was the site of a heap-leach gold mine that operated from 1996-2002 and produced 279,541 ounces of gold. Recovery rates were approximately 65%, leaving a significant amount of gold in the reclaimed heap leach pad. The Company has begun testing the viability of recovery of the contained gold in the heap, including sonic drill testing of the pad, as well as metallurgical and economic studies of the viability of recovering additional gold from the existing leach pads.

The Brewery Creek Project is located 55 km due east of Dawson City, Yukon and comprises 997 quartz claims over 187 km
2. Current resources remaining on the property (which excludes any remaining gold in the heap) include an Indicated Resource of 3.98 MM tonnes grading 1.135 g/t gold and an Inferred Resource of 2.2 MM tonnes averaging 2.01 g/t gold (Diment and Simpson, 2009). The Brewery Creek Project is authorized under a Type A Water License and a production license with expiry dates of December 31, 2021.

Sonic Drill Program

A Boart-Longyear Mini Sonic drill will be used to drill over 200 m in 10 holes on the existing heap leach pad at Brewery Creek. The sonic drill will obtain a four inch diameter undisturbed core of the stacked heap material for metallurgical testing over the next few months. The sonic drill is mounted on a low pressure track conveyance system and is supported by similar equipment which requires no site preparation or surface disturbance.
