Mudlark try calling Peter Shepherd at 1-778-231-5205. Peter replaced Marc Dame. They are trying to raise cash and need 1/2 mill to continue. They are hoping to get it from QI. They have numerous debts and demand loans amounting to around $400,000 and listing fees to pay TSX. However QI came up with a small recent injection that prevented GNZ from being delisted, thank our lucky stars. They are trying to sell the Pincher Creek assets. Doubtful if the co. will be trading before the end of the year. Peter is having a tough time raising capital because they are still trying to clean up Marc's previous mess and still submitting docs to the exchange. They still owe the Exchange another $30,000 to complete listings and filings and an Audit is needed which will cost around $110,000. Trying to get GNZ back on its feet has been like pulling hen's teeth..... We will be lucky if Peter gets this trading again this year.... Louise
