Chief Executive Officer of Goldrea from March 12, 1981 to present, Mr. Reaugh has forty-two years experience in the mining industry with the past twenty six years directly involved in mineral exploration with junior resource companies. Mr. Reaugh is credited with several producing mines and has raised more than sixty million dollars for exploration and development of mining properties.

Paul L. Blair Chief Operating Officer, Director
Chief Operating Officer and Director for Goldrea, Mr. Paul Blair has a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from Montana Tech as well as having completed study curriculum in Management and Accounting at the University of Utah.
Mr. Blair’s experience includes a detailed evaluation on an underground gold mine in Gansu Province, China. He has been involved in feasibility, permitting and design of a large open pit/heap leach in Inner Mongolia and managed the operation of an open pit mine and construction of a mill and camp in Qinghai.
Previous to his recent work in China, Mr. Blair worked in various management capacities in North, Central and South America. His work included preparation of scoping studies, supervision of bankability feasibility studies, management of detailed design and EPCM; management of start-up, turn-around, closure and expansion of major mining projects and management of producing operations.
Mr. Blair’s responsibilities include the management and transition of the operating Daye Gold Mine located near Rushan City, Shandong Province, China from Daye to Goldrea Management. Goldrea is awaiting regulatory approval to purchase the Daye 1750 TPD gold facility early in the second quarter of 2007.
Teresa Piorun, Corporate Secretary
Teresa Piorun, Corporate Secretary for Goldrea has been with the group of companies for twenty years. Ms. Piroun is a senior corporate officer with wide-ranging responsibilities, serving as a focal point for communication with the board of directors, senior management and the company's shareholders, and occupies a key role in the administration of critical corporate matters. She is the confidant and advisor to the Chief Executive Officer and other members of senior management, particularly on corporate governance affairs.
Jonathan Lin, Chief Financial Officer
Jonathan Lin, Chief Financial Officer for Goldrea has 10 years experience in corporate finance, consulting, and private equity investment, including extensive experience dealing with joint venture investment in China. Mr. Lin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Science and Technology of China, and an MBA degree from China Europe International Business School; he is a certified general accountant of CGA-BC designation.

Chapman Mining Services since 1983, has managed projects and companies involved with industrial mineral development, production and marketing, as well as precious/base metals exploration, development and production. Consulting assignments with industry clients and government include a broad spectrum of mining and mining related activities.
Dr. Hugh Squair Director
A Director for Goldrea, Dr. Squair, PhD, PEng (ON) is a graduate of the Universities of Saskatchewan and London, UK, with B.A. and Ph.D. degrees in geology and mining geology. He has over 35 years of field, managerial and exploration consulting experience in the search for precious and base metals within North America and abroad.
Dr. Squair has held senior positions with Falconbridge Ltd., Selection Trust Group, Newmont Exploration of Canada, and has worked as a consultant to Kennecott Canada and Watts Griffis & McQuat Ltd., Toronto.
